<br />.' <br /> <br />Presented By <br />AttentIon: <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Board of <br /> <br />Ramsey County Commissioners <br /> <br />commissioner Guerin <br /> <br />Date June 24, 1997 No. 97-243 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Budgeting and Accounting <br />paul Kirkwold, Public Works <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Snelling Avenue has been improved by Ramsey County to <br />an acceptable level prior to the transfer of roadway jurisdiction <br />as calculated from the Pavement Management System [( 90-Condition <br />Rating)/Condition Rating] x 1993 Condition Rating, therefore <br />exempting Ramsey County from providing any compensation from the <br />Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation Fund to the City of Arden Hills <br />as just compensation for this jurisdiction transfer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, County Road F (MSAS 101) from Ham1ine Avenue to <br />Lexington Avenue is currently under the jurisdiction of the City of <br />Arden Hills and has been determined to serve a County Function; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It <br /> <br />RESOLVED, The City of Arden Hills does hereby concur with the <br />Ramsey County Board of Commissioners revoking the "County State Aid <br />Highway" status of Snelling Avenue between Trunk Highway 51 and <br />County Road E, and transferring jurisdiction over the roadway to <br />the City of Arden Hills I effective the first day of the second <br />month after the County is in receipt of an adopted resolution from <br />the City of Arden Hills concurring with the County revoking the <br />"County State Aid Highway" status of Snelling Avenue from Trunk <br />Highway 51 to County Road E; and Be It Further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, That the County has improved Snelling Avenue from <br />Trunk Highway 51 to County Road E to an acceptable level as <br />calculated from the Pavement Management System [(90-Condition <br />Rating)/ Condition Rating] x 1993 Condition Rating and will make no <br />payment to Arden Hills from the Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation <br />Fund as just compensation for this jurisdiction transfer; and Be It <br />Further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, That County Road F (MSAS 101) from Hamline Avenue to <br />Lexington Avenue will be transferred from City of Arden Hills <br />jurisdiction to Ramsey County jurisdiction concurrently with the <br />roadway to be transferred to city jurisdiction; and Be It Further <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />YEA NAY <br /> <br />Tony Bonnett <br />D.' no C ,do <br />S 1 <br />R. rt~ga <br />Victorb Rei nhafJt <br />Janic~ Rc:ttman <br />Jan \\'i~ssn~r <br /> <br />OTHER <br /> <br />Susan Haigh.
