<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-05 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 1996 TRAIL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously reviewed the project as part ofthe Parks Capital <br />Improvement Program and 1996 Budget process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Committee with Staff have been actively preparing a Trail <br />Development Plan for the City of Arden Hills; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an eight foot wide bituminous trail extending from Colleen Avenue north to the <br />Arden Vista Court cul-de-sac has been budgeted in the Park Fund for 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the segments from Colleen A venue west to North Snelling Avenue and from <br />Colleen Avenue south to Briarkno\l Drive will be prepared as possible additional <br />. alternates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications need to be obtained before the solicitation of competitive <br />bids. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota that MSA <br />Consulting Engineers, is hereby ordered to prepare plans and specifications for the drafting of the <br />1996 Trail Development Project. <br /> <br /> <br />LLS THIS 8th DAY OF <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY <br />JANUARY, 1996. <br /> <br />ATfEST~l: <br />BRIAN FRlTSIN ER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />. <br />
