<br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-17 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE TRAIL DEVELOPMENT P ARTIALL Y BEING <br />FUNDED BY THE DNR COOPERATIVE TRAIL PROGRAM AND NAMING A <br />FISCAL AGENT TO THE COOPERATIVE TRAIL GRANTS PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Council Resolution #95-25 City Staff has applied for the Cooperative <br />Trails Grant Program sponsored by the Minnesota DNR; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subject to Legislative funding, the City of Arden Hills has been accepted for <br />reimbursement funding which would partially fund the entire trail segment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the entire trail section would run from Trunk Highway 96 south to Briarknoll <br />Drive and west to North Snelling Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project can be developed in two stages ending in December of 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills City Administrator is identified as the fiscal agent. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota <br />that the City Council concurs with the trail development partially being funded by the <br />Cooperative Trail Program and names Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator, as the fiscal agent for <br />the proj ect. <br /> <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of Arden Hills t <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
