W-78-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. W -78-5 as last finally adopted on <br />July 30,1979, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on August 30, <br />1979, for the purpose of including installments thereofto be collected along with real estate taxes <br />commencing in 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said <br />assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, <br />be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be <br />extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1980 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does hereby make the <br />following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of July 30, <br />1979, against the following described property. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Division No. DM 065530 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 96-22 <br /> <br />D/P No. 1783 <br /> <br />Nanle of Assessment W-78-5 <br /> <br />Auditor No. 1783 <br /> <br />Old PIN Number <br /> <br />Total Assessment <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />$336.68 <br /> <br />22-30-23-41-0009-4 <br /> <br />Reapportionment (New PIN Number) <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />22-30-23-41-0011-7 <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />$336.68 <br />
