<br />. <br /> <br />41 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-24 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE LIFT STATION #6 MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills had ordered plans and specifications be prepared for the <br />modification of Lift Station #6; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has solicited bids for the modification of Lift Station #6; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Company of Quality Flow Systems has provided to the City of Arden Hills the <br />best bid and proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has identified $26,600 of the 1996 Capital Improvement <br />Budget, specifically for this modification. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, that <br />the modification of Lift Station #6 contract be awarded to Quality Flow Systems in the amount <br />of $23,794,50, as per proposal. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF APRIL, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Y ADMINISTRATOR <br />
