<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-28 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO <br />RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and County have planned the improvement of County Road D <br />(CSAH 19) from I35W to Wilder Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds SAP. 62-619-17 <br />on the improvement of said street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as <br />previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of the <br />proposed construction as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions, that would be a necessary prerequisite to the <br />approval of this construction as a County State Aid project in the City, has been <br />determined. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City requests the County to restrict the <br />parking of motor vehicles on the north side of County Road D from Cleveland Avenue to Wilder <br />Street. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 29th DAY OF APRIL, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />TY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
