<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-29 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1996 STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #96-21, competitive bids were solicited and received for <br />the 1996 Street Improvements as set forth in the bid tabulation attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility of <br />the bidders and determined that T.A. Shifsky &Sons is the lowest responsible <br />bidder; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of <br />the City, such contract with T.A. Shifsky & Sons as is approved by the City Attorney for <br />the completion of the 1996 Street Improvements according to the approved plans and <br />specifications designated in Resolution #96-21. <br /> <br />2, The City Administrator is authorized and directed to forthwith return to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bids upon execution of the contract above specified. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILL <br />THIS 28TH DAY OF MAY, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
