<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-35 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN <br />THE MATTER OF THE OLD HIGHWAY 10 WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1996 <br /> <br />WHEREAS a Public Hearing relating to the Old Highway 10 Watermain Improvement was <br />held before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two <br />weeks published notice of the hearing was given; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters <br />presented at the Public Hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the <br />matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />L The Old Highway 10 Watermain Improvement is hereby ordered as recommended in the <br />Feasibility Report dated April 1996. <br /> <br />2. MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the <br />making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI <br />THIS 28TH DAY OF MAY, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
