STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RESOLUTION NO. 96-37 RESOLUTION DIS-ESTABLISHING AND ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey and the City of Arden Hills have authorized the transfer of roadway jurisdiction between Ramsey County and the City of Arden Hills under the 1991 Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation Program; and WHEREAS, North Hamline Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Ingerson Road, and Ingerson Road from North Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue have been transferred to City of Arden Hills' jurisdiction; and WHEREAS, Hamline A venue, from County Road F to Ramsey County Highway 96 has been transferred to Ramsey County's jurisdiction and WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the streets hereinafter described should be either designated or undesignated as Municipal State Aid Streets, as described herein; and, under the provisions of Minnesota Law. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the road described as follows, to-wit: Approximately 1.04 miles of Hamline Avenue, between County Road F and Ramsey County Highway 96, be disestablished as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation at the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the roads described as follows, to-wit: Approximately 032 miles of North Hamline Avenue, from Hamline Avenue to Ingerson Road: and, approximately OA2 miles oflngerson Road, from North Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue, be, and hereby are established, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid Streets of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation at the State of Minnesota.
