<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-41 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REVISING RESOLUTION NO. 95-34, FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />RESULTING FROM SETTLEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 12, 1995, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Resolution No, 95-34 <br />which levied special assessments against various parcels within the City as a <br />result of a road improvement project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the assessment roll adopted by Resolution No, 95-34 is attached as <br />Exhibit A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution 95-34, Mr. Edward D, Woo, who is the <br />owner of Parcel No, 10 (PIN No.: 28-30-23-11-0028-0) appealed the special <br />assessment levy to the Ramsey County District Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has now resolved the appeal and wishes to amend the assessment roll to <br />reflect the result of such settlement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council hereby requests <br />and authorizes the Ramsey County Auditor to amend the assessment roll adopted by Resolution <br />95-34 by amending the amount of the initial assessment against the Edward D. Woo property <br />(PIN No,: 28-30-23-11-0028-0) to read $3,195,00, <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 10TH DAY OF JUNE, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />BRIAN FRITS G <br />CITY ADMINIST <br />
