<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-42 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING LOCAL PERFORMANCE AID <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Laws 1996, Chapter 471, Article 3, Section 48 provides for a new state aid for all <br />qualifying cities beginning in the calendar year 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to qualify for this new aid, the City must develop a system of <br />performance measures in compliance with Laws 1996, Chapter 471, Article 3, <br />Section 48; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City can qualify for aid in 1997 without having this system of performance <br />measures in place; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills would like to qualify for this new aid, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the City intends to develop and implement a system of performance measures; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City supports the completion of the Certificate of <br />Local Performance Measures for Local Performance Aid Payable in 1997 and this document be <br />forwarded to the appropriate state agency. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ON 'I1DS24TU DAY OF JUNE, 1996. ~~ <br /> <br /> <br />Dennis p, Probst, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />
