<br />----;-... .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />License B215L: Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />TERMINATION OF LICENSE <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into between THE UNITED <br />STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the Chief of Real Estate, <br />Omaha District, united States Army Corps of Engineers, party of the <br />first part, and the city of Arden Hills, party of the second part: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the party of the first part no longer requires the <br />real property interest herein described, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto mutually agree that the <br />license instrument dated the 24th day of May 1943, along with its <br />rights, privileges and obligations, is hereby terminated, and an <br />underground 12-inch gas main is abandoned in place, such license <br />having been acquired by the party of the first part from the County <br />of Ramsey, the predecessor in interest to the party of the second <br />part, such license being a license to construct, operate, maintain, <br />renew, and remove an underground 12-inch gas main along, across, <br />beneath, and over the right-of-way and property of the licensor, at <br />the following location, to wit: <br /> <br />across and along county Highway No. 16 in section 33, <br />Township 30, Range 23 <br /> <br />Said license is further identified by its Tract Number, B215L. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS <br />these presents <br /> <br />WHEREOF, the united States of <br />to be executed on this <br />, 1996, in its name by the <br /> <br />America has caused <br />day of <br />following, to wit: <br /> <br />FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />GARY D.
