<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />License B217L: Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />TERMINATION OF LICENSE <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into between THE UNITED <br />STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the Chief of Real Estate, <br />Omaha District, united States Army Corps of Engineers, party of the <br />first part, and the City of Arden Hills, party of the second part: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the party of the first part no longer requires the <br />real property interest herein described, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto mutually agree that the <br />license instrument dated the 1st day of June 1943, along with its <br />rights, privileges and obligations, is hereby terminated, and an <br />underground 12-inch gas main is abandoned in place, such license <br />having been acquired by the party of the first part from the <br />village of New Brighton, the predecessor in interest to the party <br />of the second part, such license being a license to construct, <br />operate, maintain, renew, and remove an underground 12-inch gas <br />main along, across, beneath, and over the right-of-way and property <br />of the licensor, at the following location, to wit: <br /> <br />across Butchers street, section 21, Township 30, Range 23 <br /> <br />Said license is further identified by its Tract Number, B217L. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS <br />these presents <br /> <br />WHEREOF, the United States of America has caused <br />to be executed on this day of <br />, 1996, in its name by the following, to wit: <br /> <br />FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />GARY D.
