<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-62 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC <br />HEARING IN THE MATTER OF THE 1997 STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 30, 1996, a <br />preliminary report has been prepared by MSA, Consulting Engineers with reference to the <br />improvement of various streets within the City of Arden Hills, and this report was received by <br />the Council on November 12, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, informational meetings have been scheduled to gather public input regarding <br />the improvement on the 3rd of December; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary report shall be amended to include public comment prior to <br />a formal Public Hearing, scheduled for the 9th of December of 1996; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Stamtes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement <br />of $709,000. <br /> <br />2.
