<br />A... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-68 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the street <br />hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid Street, as described herein, <br />and under the provisions of Minnesota Law. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the road described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />Approximately 0.64 miles of Fernwood Avenue, between County Road F and Lexington <br />Avenue, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, established, located, and designated as a Municipal State Aid Street of said <br />City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation at the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />two certified copies of this Resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his <br />consideration, and that upon his approval of the respective designations of said road or portion <br />thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of <br />the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED A1~D ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />TillS 9TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1996. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Dennis Probst, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />diV <br /> <br />Brian Fritsinger, Administrator <br /> <br />, I~-I "i. \0 <br />(': C If'AS-f'. \'.;)-. , <br /> <br />520/080-Q202,dec <br />
