<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-72 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A <br />JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />FOR USE OF PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT <br />REGIONAL MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to become a member ofthe Regional Mutual Aid <br />Association and its City Administrator is its authorized representative, and; Superintendent of <br />Public Works its alternative representative; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a mutual need exists between members of the Regional Mutual Aid Association to <br />share and assist one another in the areas of emergency, disaster control, and mitigation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills considers it to be in the best interests of the City to enter <br />into a mutual agreement with the other members of the Regional Mutual Aid Association, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED THAT the City of Arden Hills hereby elects to <br />enter into agreement with the Regional Mutual Aid Association and hereby authorizes its City <br />Administrator to represent the City of Arden Hills in this association and the City Administrator <br />is hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of said City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 16TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
