<br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC <br />INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the First Bank St. Paul, N.A. is the depository in which funds of the City of Arden <br />Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is <br />presently in effect authorizing the deposit and withdrawal offunds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate resolution <br />with the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, <br /> <br />1. Anyone of the following persons: <br /> <br />Terrance R. Post, Treasurer <br />Brian Fritsinger, Deputy Clerk <br /> <br />is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions by telephone to the FIRST BANK <br />ST PAUL, N.A., to transfer funds on deposit with the banle <br /> <br />a. to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br /> <br />b. to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br /> <br />2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions received by it from anyone <br />who represents himself to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice <br />resembles the voice of such person. <br /> <br />3. The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse to honor telephone instructions and <br />to insist upon written instructions signed by anyone of the persons named in paragraph 1 <br />of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY C <br />THIS 3RD DAY OF JANUARY, 1995. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />~I!.~ <br /> <br />TERRANCE R.
