<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRIAN FRITSINGER TO THE <br />POSITION OF CITY CLERK\ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills advertised for the position of City Clerk\Administrator <br />and received a response of over fifty applicants; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council members have managed the search process by evaluating application <br />materials, checking references and conducting two rounds of interviews; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the search process has resulted in candidate Brian Fritsinger being offered, and <br />having verbally accepted, a job offer for the City Clerk\Administrator position by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Brian Fritsinger be appointed the Arden <br />Hills Clerk City\Administrator beginning January 30, 1995 in accordance with the scope of <br />authority and responsibilities as set forth by Ordinance as amended by Resolution 92-65. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COU <br />THIS 30TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1995. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />D <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~;L~ <br /> <br />TERRANCE R.
