<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95 - 16 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN mLLS <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT IN <br />THE MATTER OF COUNTY ROAD F <br />STREET AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />OF 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS a public hearing relating to the County Road F street and storm sewer improvements <br />was held before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two <br />weeks published notice of the hearing was given; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters presented <br />at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The County Road F improvements is hereby ordered as recommended in the Feasibility Report <br />dated January 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 27th day of February, <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Brian Fritsinger, Ci Administrator <br />
