<br />, <br /> <br />tit <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95 - 21 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN <br />THE MATTER OF THE STREET MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS a public hearing relating to the street maintenance improvement has been scheduled <br />for April 10, 1995, at 7:30 p.m.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report on the matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />MSA, Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement.
