<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-36 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE OF <br />CERTAIN TAX-FORFEITED PARCELS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, rndependent School District #621 has determined that the following described tax- <br />forfeited land is required to expand the driveway width for public safety and more efficient <br />movement of school buses and service vehicles; and <br /> <br />Lot B, Outlot B Chatham Fourth Addition <br />Pin 28-30-23-42-0006-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acquisition ofthe above referenced parcel by rndependent School District #621 <br />would be consistent with the City of Arden Hill's land use plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the proper School District officials be and <br />hereby are authorized to make an application for conveyance of said tax-forfeited land to facilitate <br />safer and more efficient movement of school buses and service vehicles; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk!
