<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-38 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF <br />CHARLES PERRY PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 95-22, the Project Engineer has prepared plans and <br />specifications for the redevelopment of Charles Perry Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a cost estimate of the project has been updated and is less than originally <br />anticipated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project is contingent upon receiving favorable bids to match the funding <br />available for this project and approved by the City Council of Arden Hills to proceed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Project Engineer and Parks & Recreation Director shall prepare and obtain the <br />publication of an advertisement for bids for the making of the redevelopment pursuant to <br />the attached plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published once each <br />week for two weeks in the Construction Bulletin and the local newspaper. This <br />advertisement shall specifY the work to be done, and state that the bids will be received <br />by the Parks & Recreation Director until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20,1995, at which <br />time the bids will be publicly opened at Arden Hills City Hall by the Parks & Recreation <br />Director and the Project Engineer. They will be tabulated for consideration by the City <br />Council at the June 26, 1995 City Council meeting.
