<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95-41 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING <br />ALONG MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has submitted to the Commissioner of Transportation the <br />plans and specifications for the improvement of Stowe Avenue from New Brighton <br />Road to Lake Johanna Boulevard. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, state aid funds will be expended on the improvement of this street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approved state aid standards as applicable to this project limit and restrict all <br />parking to that which is parallel with the curb. <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said City of Arden <br />vehicles within the corporate limits on the south side of <br />accordance with the State Aid Standards. <br /> <br />'lIs shall require no parking of <br />unic' State Aid Street in <br /> <br />Attest; <br /> <br /> <br />.
