<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95-44 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN lIlT r ~ <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFlCA nONS IN THE MATrER OF THE <br />ARDEN MANOR WATERMAlN I!\ilPROVEMENT OF 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Twin CiuC3 Army Ammunition Pl3nt is entering into an agreement with the <br />Arden Manor T13iIer Park for the in5l.I1.tion of a municipal water supply system; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Pl3nt is financing 100% of the design and <br />construction of the proposed watermain instillation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant has indicated their desire for the City of <br />Arden Wills to administer such design and construction; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the City of Arden Hills' interest to participate in the design and construction <br />of said municipal utilities. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. MSA, Consulting Engineers, Inc_ is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement.
