<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-54 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WATER/SEWER <br />CONNECTION AGREEMENT WITH THE MINNESOTA ARMY <br />NATIONAL GUARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Army National Guard owns/leases real property located within the <br />City of Arden Hills and has constructed buildings on such property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the National Guard has been notified by TCAAP officials of a need to seek <br />water/sewer services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the National Guard has requested the extension of public sewer and water <br />facilities to the National Guard site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the consideration of this request for <br />servIce. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />I.
