<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-59 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR PROPOSED 1995 STORM WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECTS (509 Project) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified a number of storm water maintenance projects within the <br />City of Arden Hills; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has created a special enterprise fund to cover the costs of such projects; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has reconunended that in 1995 and 1996 improvements be made to the outlet <br />from Lake Josephine; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications need to be obtained before the solicitation of competitive <br />bids can occur; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City engineer has estimated the costs of these two projects to be <br />approximately $102,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has also directed the City Engineer to prepare preliminary plans <br />and cost estimates for water level control measures on Karth Lake. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota <br />that MSA Consulting Engineers, is hereby designated to prepare plans and specifications for the <br />proposed storm water maintenance proj ects. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY CO <br />THIS TH DAY OF , 1995.
