<br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-65 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE ARDEN MANOR WATERMAIN <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to Council Resolution, competitive bids were solicited and received for <br />the Arden Manor Waterrnain improvement as set forth in the bid tabulation <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsiblity of <br />the bidders and determined that Dave Perkins Contracting, rnc., is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of <br />the City, such contract with Dave Perkins Contracting, rnc., as is approved by the City <br />Attorney for the completion of the Arden Manor Watermain rmprovement according to <br />the approved plans and specifications. <br /> <br />2.
