<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-67 <br /> <br />EXPRESSING CONGRATULATIONS TO PAUL STRAUMANN FOR ATTAINING <br />THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council recognizes that the highest rank awarded by the Boy <br />Scouts of America is the rank of Eagle Scout and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paul Straumann of Arden Hills has completed the requirements for the rank of <br />Eagle Scout by earning 21 merit badges, planning and directing a major <br />community project and serving in a troop leadership position and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paul Straumann distinguished himselfhy participating in a landscaping and <br />improvement project at Cununings Park whereby they planted Colorado Blue <br />Spruce, painted hockey boards, stained the warming house, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paul Straumann earned not only the traditional merit badges, of the Boy Scouts <br />but chose such badges as Citizenship, Swimming and Family Life; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council, on behalf of <br />Council, Staff and the citizens of Arden Hills, express their sincere gratitude and congratulations <br />to Paul Straumann for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and for his dedicated service to the <br />Community. <br /> <br /> <br />,; <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />BRrAN FRITSINGE ,C Y ADMINrSTRA TOR <br />
