<br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-73 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PRIORITIZING PROPOSED LEGISLATIVE POLICIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities (AMM) has obtained 1996 <br />legislative policy recommendations from the organization's four standing <br />conunittees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AMM has asked local officials to review the policies and list the top five priorities <br />by policy number; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed and discussed this request at an <br />October 19, 1995 Council Worksession; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: the following list of 1996 legislative policy reconunendations be communicated to <br />the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities: <br /> <br />Policv Number <br />loB, <br />II-A, <br />III-A-3, <br />IV-B, <br /> <br />Policy Description <br />Mandated State and Federal Programs <br />Oppose Reduction of Local Authority <br />Mandatory Land Use Standards <br />Criteria for Extension of Metropolitan <br />Governance Authority <br />unding for Various Transportation Items <br /> <br />V-A,B & C, <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY C <br />THIS 30TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 199. <br /> <br />E CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
