<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95-78 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTrON FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ORDERING A PRELIMrNARY FEASIBrLITY REPORT IN THE <br />MATTER OF THE 1996 STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by <br />rehabilitating. maintaining. or reconstructing streets (the improvement); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility study in order to consider <br />making the improvement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />This matter shall be referred to MSA, Consulting Engineers, who is requested to provide <br />to the City Council a report advising, in a preliminary way, whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and whether the improvement should thus be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as reconunended. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of November 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~. <br />-..." . <br />,-.' : <br />- -,.- ..-: ~ <br />",Co- <br /> <br />520i065-0811.nov <br />
