<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-84 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF RAMSEY COUNTY SHERIFF <br />AGREEMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has in the past contracted to provide law enforcement services to <br />the cities of Gem Lake, Little Canada, North Oaks, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights, <br />White Bear Township and Arden Hills; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City believes it to be advantageous to continue to contract with Ramsey <br />County for law enforcement services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The County is agreeable to reaching such services on the terms and conditions <br />described in the Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Such Agreements are authorized and provided for by the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes Sections 471.59 and 436.05, and Laws 1959, Chapter 372. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the City of Arden Hills <br />approve the Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with Ramsey County. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUN <br />THIS 11 TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1995. <br /> <br />DE <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />BRIAN FRITSINGER, ITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
