<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-88 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 95-34 AND <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 95-37. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 12, 1995, the Arden Hills City Council <br />adopted Resolution No. 95-34 and Resolution No. 95-37 which levied <br />special assessments against various parcels within the City as a <br />result o~ a road improvement project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the assessment roll adopted by Resolution <br />No. 95-34 is attached as Exhibit A and a copy of the assessment <br />roll adopted by Resolution No. 95-37 is attached as Exhibit B; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution Nos. 95-34 <br />and 95-37, several residents appealed the special assessment levy <br />to the Ramsey County District Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has now resolved several of the appeals and <br />wishes to amend the various assessment rolls to reflect the results <br />of such settlements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City <br />Council hereby requests and authorizes the County Auditor to amend <br />the assessment roll adopted by Resolution No. 95-34 by deleting <br />therefrom the following parcels: <br /> <br />Parcel No.5, PIN No. 28-30-23-12-0052-0, Pham; <br />Parcel No.7, PIN No. 28-30-23-11-0014-1, Crichton; <br />Parcel No.9, PIN No. 28-30-23-11-0021-9, Tavernier; <br />Parcel No. 12, PIN No. 28-30-23-11-0023-5, Jones; and <br />
