<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />adopts the attached regulations and procedures for employees in safety sensitive positions as <br />mandated by the Federal Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration as <br />outlined in 49 CFR, Part 391, Subpart H and Part 382.
