<br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95 - 90 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT <br />AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARlNG IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE 1996 STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 13, 1995, a preliminary <br />report has been prepared by MSA, Consulting Engineers, Inc. With reference to <br />the improvement of various streets within the City of Arden Hills, and this report <br />was received by the Council on December 11, 1995; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, informational meetings have been scheduled to gather public input regarding the <br />improvement on the 9th of January of 1996; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary report shall be updated prior to a formal Public Hearing, scheduled <br />for the 29th of January of 1996, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost <br />of the improvement of $857,000. <br /> <br />2.
