<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95-91 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABUSHING FERNWOOD AVENUE <br />AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the street hereinafter <br />described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions <br />of Minnesota Law: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the <br />road described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />The Section of Femwood Avenue, approximately 64 miles in length, between West <br />County Road F and Lexington Avenue, as shown on attached Exhibit A, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, <br />subject to the approval of the Cornrnissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />two certified copies of this resolution to the Cornrnissioner of Transportation for his consideration, <br />and that upon his approval of the designation of said roads of portions thereof, that same be <br />constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Street of the City of Arden Hills, to <br />be numbered and known as Femwood Avenue. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 26th day of December, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/~ <br /> <br />Briari' ~~ ity C~erkl Admini~trator <br /> <br />520/068-2101.dec <br />
