<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />~ RESOLUTION NO. 94-14 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER <br />OF THE 1994 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility <br />Report presented at the January 31st, 1994, City <br />Council Meeting, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been scheduled for March 14, <br />1994, to solicit public input; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as <br />Project Engineer for this improvement.
