<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-16 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1993 PAY EQUITY REPORT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Government Pay Equity Act, M.S. 471.991- <br />471.999 and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 3920 requires <br />submittal of a Pay Equity Implementation Report, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills submitted such report and was <br />found in compliance in 1992, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is now required to submit such <br />report to the Department of Employee Relations, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has reviewed its pay plan and <br />believes that such plan is in compliance with state <br />requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Arden Hills, Minnesota that it accepts the 1993 Pay Equity <br />Implementation Report and directs staff to submit such report to <br />the Department of Employee Relations. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />HILLS THIS 31ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />THO <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />DOROTHY A. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
