<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-17 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE APPLICATION FOR A <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ICDBG) BY NORTHWEST <br />YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES (NYFS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, NYFS has provided essential developmental services for <br />the youth and families of Arden Hills since 1976, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, NYFS is finding more and more people in need of <br />financial assistance in order to make use of NYFS' mental health <br />programs, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the unique partnership between NYFS and its ten Ramsey <br />County member cities has resulted in the ability to provide an <br />essential community service that none of the cities could provide <br />individually, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, NYFS is in need of assistance in purchasing a building <br />in which to house these essential community services, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the city <br />of Arden Hills enthusiastically supports the award of a 1994 CDBG <br />to NYFS. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THIS 31ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />DOROTHY A.
