<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-19 <br /> <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION REVISING THE MECHANICAL FEE SCHEDULE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 6-88 of the Arden Hills Code provides that <br />permit fees shall be established from time to time by <br />resolution adopted by the City Council, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after careful consideration and review it has been <br />recommended that changes be made in the present <br />commercial mechanical fee schedule. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that commencing March 1, 1994 the <br />following changes be made to the mechanical fee schedule: <br /> <br />Commercial. Industrial and Instructional Mechanical fees. <br />This fee shall be $50.00 plus one and one-quarter percent <br />(1~%) of the total valuation of installation, including <br />labor and material, and cost of equipment (value of work <br />must include the cost of installations, alterations, <br />additions or repairs including fans, hoods, HVAC units and <br />heat transfer units, and all labor and materials supplied <br />by the contractor.) In addition, it shall include all <br />material and equipment supplied by other sources when these <br />materials are normally supplied by the contractor. <br /> <br />State surcharge is paid at rate of ,50 for each $1,000 of <br />valuation of mechanical work. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL~F THE CI <br />HILLS THIS 31ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1994, ' <br />I !11 <br />THOMAS R.
