<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-21 <br /> <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 93-14 <br />SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY RATES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City has added Sections 25-162 thru 28-171 to the <br />Code of Ordinances, establishing a surface water <br />management utility, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the revised code requires the City Council to <br />establish by resolution, from time to time, the rules <br />to be changed for the Surface Water Management Utility <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council has asked staff to review the <br />appropriateness of the current R-3 rate for townhome <br />developments, and; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The quarterly charge for a townhome and low density <br />multiple dwelling unit zoned R-3 is changed from <br />$32.48 per acre and $7,00 per unit to $23.94 per acre <br />and $5.17 per unit. <br /> <br />2, <br /> <br />Said rate shall become effective retroactive to <br />January 1, 1994 and shall remain in effect until <br />changed by resolution of the City Council. <br /> <br />PASSED AND <br />HILLS THIS <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN <br />28TH DAY OF FBBRDARY, "~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />THOMAS ~THER' MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />DOROTHY <br /> <br />
