<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94-31 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE ASSESSMENT RATES <br />FOR COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLING AND THE RESIDENTIAL <br />EQUIVALENT RATE FOR STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has adopted an Assessment Manual, dated <br />November 13, 1990, which requires the City Council, <br />from time to time, to establish assessment rates for <br />cold in-place recycling and the residential equivalent <br />rate for street reconstruction; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rates for 1994 have not been <br />established. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The assessment rate for cold in-place recycling improvements <br />shall be $10.25 per assessable front foot for residentially <br />zoned property. <br /> <br />2. The residential equivalent rate for street reconstruction <br />improvements constructed in 1994 shall be $29.50 per <br />assessable front foot. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 11th <br /> <br />doY;ottlJL. <br /> <br />Thomas R.
