<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOWING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A VOLUNTARY <br />HUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills existing Ord. No. 105, Div. 2 of the City Code of <br />Ordinances; Human Rights requires a commission establishment for the purpose <br />of addressing human rights concerns within the City of Arden Hills; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the workload of the Human Rights Committee over the years has been minimal, <br />and interest in membership on the Committee has been minimal; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has removed the role of the commission to mediate <br />settlement of identified individual cases; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council wishes to allow for volunteerism in the community in critical areas; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. That Ord. No. 105, Div. 2 of the City Code of Ordinances be repealed <br /> <br />2.
