<br />~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />1 <br />~ <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-39 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER TWO 1994 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT ASSESSED <br />PROPERTIES FROM ASSESSMENT ROLL (1994 RECON.8 YEAR)-AUDITOR <br />NO.6418 TO ASSESSMENT ROLL (1994 RECON.5 YEAR)-AUDITOR NO. 6408 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has established three different <br />Assessment Rolls per County Auditor instructions for <br />the 1994 Pavement Management Improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final Assessment Rolls for reconstruction streets <br />are established according to a five year or eight year <br />payment plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. It has been determined that two assessed properties shall <br />move from Assessment Roll (1994 Recon. 8 year) -Auditor No. <br />6418 to Assessment Roll (1994 Recon. 5 year) -Auditor No. <br />6408; and <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Resolutions 94-36 and 94-37 be amended to <br />of properties from Assessment Roll (1994 <br />Auditor No. 6418 to Assessment Roll (1994 <br />Auditor No. 6408; and <br /> <br />show the transfer <br />Recon. 8 year) - <br />Recon. 5 year) - <br /> <br />3. The City Administrator shall transmit to the County Auditor <br />a certified duplicate of the attached amended Assessment <br />Rolls to be extended on the property tax lists of the <br />County; and <br /> <br />4. Such assessments shall be collected and paid in the same <br />manner as other municipal taxes; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. That two properties with the P.I.N. numbers of 33-20-23-13- <br />0004 and also 34-30-23-13-0008 transfer from Assessment Roll <br />(1994 Recon. 8 year) -Auditor No. 6418 to Assessment Roll <br />(1994 Recon. 5 year) -Auditor No. 6408. <br />
