<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-41 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CORPORATION AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at a meeting of the City Council of Arden Hills duly called and <br />held August 29, 1994, the following resolution was adopted: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn on First Bank St. Paul, N.A., <br />hereinafter called the Bank, shall be signed by three of the following officers: <br /> <br />Dennis P. Probst, <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski <br />Acting Mayor <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />Dorothy A. Person <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Terrance R. Post <br />Treasurer <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is authorized to use a signature <br />stamp at such time as it becomes necessary for Mayor Dennis P. Probst or Terrance R. Post, <br />Treasurer. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said bank is hereby authorized and directed to honor <br />and pay any checks so drawn as above set forth, whether or not such checks be payable to the <br />order of one on the foregoing persons either in his individual or official capacity or deposited to <br />his individual credit, and whether or not such signatures are followed by the title or office of the <br />person signing. <br /> <br /> <br />DENNIS P.
