<br />.. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-43 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP), has gone through gradual <br />changes in the past years to modified caretaker status thus changing the future use <br />of this land; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills recognizes its responsibility for planning land use and <br />related activities at the time of any release of federal lands; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the land area of TCAAP falls within the jurisdiction and responsibility of the City <br />of Arden Hills; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Congressman Bruce Vento has requested volunteers or appointments to a <br />Reutilization Committee to advise the federal government regarding the future <br />uses ofTCAAP; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: that the City Council of City of Arden Hills appoint Dennis P.
