<br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-44 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP), has gone through gradual <br />changes in the past years to modified caretaker status thus changing the future use <br />of this land; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills recognizes its responsibility for planning land use and <br />related activities at the time of any release offederallands; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the land area ofTCAAP falls within the jurisdiction and responsibility of the City <br />of Arden Hills; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Congressman Bruce Vento has requested volunteers or appointments to a <br />Reutilization Committee to advise the federal government regarding the future <br />uses ofTCAAP; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: that the City Council of City of Arden Hills appoint Steve Erickson, David Sand, <br />Charles Stoddard, Dick Roessler, Jerry Moehnke, and Sushila Shaw as the City's Citizen <br />Representatives to the Reutilization Committee. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 12th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1994. <br /> <br />DENNIS P.
