<br />J <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-46 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council recognizes that the highest rank awarded by the Boy <br />Scouts of America is the rank of Eagle Scout and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Andrew St. Sauver of Arden Hills has completed the requirements for the rank of <br />Eagle Scout by earning 35 merit badges, planning and directing a major <br />community project and serving in a troop leadership position and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Andrew St. Sauver distinguished himself by participating in a landscaping project <br />at a community church whereby they cut down a dead tree, planted shrubs and <br />flowers, and finished the project with decorative rock and wood chips and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Andrew St. Sauver earned not only the traditional merit badges, of the Boy Scouts <br />but chose such badges as Animal Science, Art, Aviation and Backpacking; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council, on behalf of <br />Council, Staff, and the citizens of Arden Hills, express their sincere gratitude and congratulations <br />to Andrew St. Sauver for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and for his dedicated service to the <br />Community. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY CO <br />THIS 10th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1994. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />DENNIS P.
