<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-49 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ANIMAL CONTROL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Arden Hills City Code, Chapter 5.5 provides that impoundment fees are to be <br />established by Resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract between the City of Arden Hills and Animal Control Services, Inc. <br />establishes additional charges for animal control; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: that the following charges are hereby established: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br />3, <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br /> <br />$20,00 per animal for pickup/impoundment. <br />$16.00 for disposal of cats in 1994. <br />$16.50 for disposal of cats in 1995. <br />$19,00 for disposal of dogs in 1994. <br />$19.50 for disposal of dogs in 1995. <br />$ 9.10 per day for boarding of any species of animal in 1994. <br />$ 9.30 per day for boarding of any species of animal in 1995. <br />$10,00 for I year licensing of cats and dogs. <br />$10.00 for 1 year residential dog kennel license. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all animals impounded shall be kept at the White Bear <br />Kennel, 1238 Hammond Road, White Bear Township, MN. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be effective as of November 1, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY CO <br />THIS 31ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />J:i~;i f2v <br /> <br />TERRANCE R POST, ACTING CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
