<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-51 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER <br />AS TOASTMASTER MONTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to recognize the efforts <br />and accomplishments of Toastmasters International; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Toastmasters International is the largest non-profit <br />world-wide organization dedicated to communication and <br />leadership excellence; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Communication and leadership skills are vital skills <br />insuring the continued growth of individuals and <br />business in the United States and throughout the world; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, There are over 5,000 members in some 250 clubs <br />throughout the State of Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Toastmasters in Minnesota businesses, schools, <br />communities, and organizations are dedicated to helping <br />people improve their communication and leadership <br />skills throughout the State; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Arden Hills, Minnesota hereby proclaim the month of October, <br />1994 to be Toastmaster Month. <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS <br /> <br />F OCTOBER, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Dorothy A.
