<br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />-;. .. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-52 <br /> <br />REVISING WATER UTILITY RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1,1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council established a policy to review water rates on an anuaJ basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City staffhas reviewed the utility cost structure and has recommended that <br />the Arden Hills City Council increase water utility rates, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate increase is necessary to enable the <br />utility to remain self-supporting, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that effective January 1, 1995, water utility rates be <br />revised as follows: <br /> <br />SERVICE <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Residential minimum charge <br /> <br />REVISED RATE <br />PER OUARTER <br />$21.95 <br /> <br />CURRENT RATE <br />PER OUARTER <br />$20.95 <br /> <br />Rate per 1000 gallons <br />- Winter <br />-Summer <br /> <br />$ 1.99 <br />$2.09 <br /> <br />$2.09 <br />$2.14 <br /> <br />The standby rates will not be increased. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY C <br />THIS 10th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1994. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/'/ <br />~L0-/- <br />ITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />
